< Health Science Associate 모집>- 회사: 외국계 major 제약사 (인원규모 500여명)- 자격요건: 생명공학 Ph.D - 타겟 의사에게 질환정보와 제품에 대한 학술 정보를 제공 하는 역할, 마케팅을 담당하는 PM (제품 매니저)과 임상 및 학술정보를 총괄하는 MA (메디컬 어드바이저)의 중간 직무임- 영어: 의사 소통 가능해야 함- Title &Salary: 후보자의 qualification에 따라 추후 협의Major Accountabilities(1) Develop KOL advocates- KOL relationship management - all elements- Manage local, regional and international symposia participation- Provide updated scientific information relating to medical products- Provide promotional offerings based on KOL needs(2) Develop Pool of speakers- Identify pool of speakers &Ensure speakers are familiar with relevant product information- Quality of presentation- Brief speakers prior to speaker engagement- Assist internal stakeholders in the development of symposia etc agendas (3) Internal support- Ensure all Medical Advisor activities aligned to Marketing and Sales strategies- Ensure activities are communicated with internal stakeholders- Product Expert – Scientific and medical- Provide product specific training to new sales rep.- Provide on going scientific/medical support to sales teams (4) Policy &medical Society recommendations- Ensure the medical products are included in appropriate medical society recommendations / Drive policy objective to have the medical products included in government funding programs (5) Manage Advisory Board - Develop agendas and arrange meetings- Ensure each meeting is appropriately minuted- Manage development of Board initiated publications(6) Link with Regional and medical advisors - Maintain working relationship key personnel - 접수방법: 이메일 접수- dianlee@kesearch.com 위 포지션으로 관심있으신 분들은 이메일로 국/영문 이력서 송부해 주시면 됩니다.
