If the students want to apply for Doctoral Thesis Examination, 2nd Semester of 2013, please submit the documents at department office.

a. Applicant : students passed  or expected on Thesis Qualifying Exams

b. Schedule : Oct. 17(Thru.) ~ Oct. 25(Fri.)

 Doctoral

1. Form4 (Application for doctoral Thesis Examination)

2. Form5 (Recommendation Letter of Academic Advisor)

3. Form6 (Resume)

4. Form7 (Recommendation for Thesis Examiner)

5. From 30 (Research Intergrity Compliance Statement)

with receipt of doctoral Thesis  Examiner.

* The students should submit the <[Results of Doctoral Thesis Pre-examination],[Oral Examination Grade], [Ballot Paper], [Evaluation of Doctoral Thesis] - Form 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 > until further notice. [about mid-December].
